Our Start

Two Haitain-American Artists started a humble street fashion brand in Northern Virginia; incorprating contempory art, with history, skateboard culture, and Hip-Hop they were able to attract a wide array following of young professionals and manifested there small street brand into form powerhouse of design.

Our Philosophy

Tout Noir means "All Black" in Haitain creole. We reject the negative connotations of Black and promote and adhere to its power. All colors derive from black and the vast universe is predominatley dark or black matter. Black represents the universal human connection and the power of when all is in agreement. This total agreement along with the supreme quality is what we strive to bring our clients and loyal customers.
